My fear gave birth to a dream. What if I could create a dental practice that I would love to visit, that patients would love to visit?
Eventually my dream grew big enough to inspire courage and I put pen to paper. Two months and 45 pages later, Smile & Co. was born.

I’m Nikita, your dentist. I fear going to the dentist just like you do. Paradox much?
Well, I was able to relate to this common fear and thought- what if I create a dental atmosphere where I feel most comfortable and therefore patients would feel the same way too? This seed of thought transformed my fear of dentists into love for dentistry.
I pursued my dream and eventually became a dentist. 14 years and 5 dental practices later, Ponsonby Dental Boutique was born.
